Overview
Grateful Dead Concerts is a free Android app provided by Adam Kay ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how the app handles information when you use it.
Information we collect
The app uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve its reliability and features. Firebase Analytics may collect or generate information such as:
- app interactions and feature usage;
- approximate location derived from IP address;

- pseudonymous identifiers, including Firebase installation or app-instance identifiers.
We use this information in aggregated or pseudonymous form to measure app usage, diagnose problems, and improve the app. We do not use Firebase Analytics to knowingly collect names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, or payment information.
Firebase and Google
The app uses Firebase, a Google service, for Analytics and Remote Config. Remote Config lets us update app settings and messages without requiring an app update; it may use a Firebase installation identifier to deliver configuration values. Information stored on your device
The app stores certain preferences and app data locally on your device, such as saved favorites, listening history, and settings related to messages or review prompts. This information is used to provide those features and is not sent to us as part of that local storage.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared with Google/Firebase only as needed to provide the Analytics and Remote Config services described above. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the app and its users.
Data retention and your choices
Firebase retains data according to its applicable settings and policies. You can reset your Android advertising ID or adjust relevant Google and device privacy settings.
